RV Skirting is a small family operated company. We started making skirting almost 23 years ago locally in Loveland Colorado, (the Fall of 1994) then branching out into neighboring states on short trips. We are now in Peyton Colorado just east of Colorado Springs. We’ve always tried to make our skirts look better and last longer than any others out there. We make you look good. We want you to be the customer at the RV park where others walk up and say "Dang, I wish my skirting had that!"
Our children are now older and a big part of the business. All three are part of the skirting crew, each one with a specialty job but also able to take over any job if needed. It’s like a well oiled family machine.
We like to do 1 job – 1 customer at a time and only family for our main workers. In this way we spend more time with you – our customer, find your needs for your skirt, how you want to use it, where you go, your preferences, and we are there on the job till completion. The best of everything is put into each skirt. Some customers may still have special requests and require additional custom work which makes sewing on site just the ticket. Come stay on our property while we make your skirting and stay in your RV. We have a fenced dog/picnic area for you.
Ashley is the lead in all the fittings and installations. A few years ago she let dad know "She could do that" and since then she has! (And good at it) Sewing is also a specialty of hers.
Answers all the phones, emails and texts, is our Logistics and Quality Control person. Josie knows how to sew and helps on installations and more.
When the mail order skirts come in...Courtney is the one working all the measurements and diagrams trying to figure it all out. Now and then she also helps on installations and more.
Yes, Matt is the funny guy here but he is involved in most of the fittings and installations. He does know how to sew the bags, straps and more. At 2 yrs old he helped pull out pins!
Grandpa and the face of RV Skirting for the longest time, main job now is sewing and babysitting the grandsons Zander and Elias, watching them grow.
Grandson is learning the business too! He helps pound in the turn-buttons, and makes sewing noises behind the sewing machine.
Our future skirt master, learning the ropes from his backpack.
On the road many have seen Fizz and our small fence compound at the campgrounds where we have worked, now he guards the property at Miller's View.
